ISSUES WITH MY ORDER

If you've made a mistake with your order or shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@hometownbeauty.co. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to correct it. However, once the order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Yes, you can return or exchange unused and unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, the nails must be in their original, unopened packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@hometownbeauty.co with your order details. For more information, refer to our Returns Policy.

Please note, items purchased as part of a bundle cannot be returned individually but can be exchanged for another product or store credit equivalent to the cost of the bundle divided by the number of items.

Orders can be cancelled or modified if they haven’t been processed yet. If you need to make any changes, contact us as soon as possible at hello@hometownbeauty.co. **Important:** Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be altered or canceled.

Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. PRESS ON NAILS

Yes, each nail set includes a mini nail glue and sticky tabs for a quick and secure application. For more precision, you can also purchase our brush-on nail glue separately.

We offer a wide variety of shapes and sizes to suit different nail types. If you’re struggling to find the perfect fit, opt for a slightly larger size and gently file the edges to achieve a custom fit.

Our press-on nails are crafted from premium gel, providing flexibility and a natural, seamless look that plastic alternatives can’t match. They are customizable to fit your nail bed perfectly.

Our press-on nails are built to last up to three weeks with proper care. They are durable for daily activities but, like salon nails, avoid harsh chemicals or excessive force to help them last longer.

Yes, you can! With careful removal and proper care, our nails are reusable. Simply clean off any glue residue after removal, and they’ll be ready for your next application.

To remove, soak your nails in a mix of warm water, soap, and oil for 10-20 minutes. Use a cuticle stick to gently lift the edges and ease off the nails to protect your natural nails from damage.

Applying is easy! Start by prepping your nails—gently file them and push back your cuticles. Use the included alcohol pad to remove oils. Apply a small amount of glue to both your natural nail and the press-on nail. Press the nail on and hold for 30 seconds, starting at a 45-degree angle from the cuticle. Yes! You can easily file our nails to your preferred length or shape without compromising their quality. You can also file the sides to fit your nail bed perfectly.

Proper prep is key for long-lasting nails. Start by cleaning your nails thoroughly, lightly buffing the surface, and removing oils. PRESS ON LASHES

No need for glue! Each lash cluster is pre-glued, saving you the hassle of messy adhesives.

Our lashes are made with hypoallergenic materials. However, if you have sensitive skin or eyes, we recommend doing a patch test before applying. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use immediately. For best results, apply the lashes at the base of your natural lashes rather than on the skin, as this can reduce the risk of discomfort.

Unfortunately, no. The clusters need to be attached to your natural lashes for proper wear.

The lashes are water-resistant, but to extend their wear, we recommend avoiding excess water, moisture, or oil. If they do get wet, gently pat them dry and re-clamp them into place.

Since the lashes are pre-glued, they can’t be reused once the glue loses its tackiness. However, each box contains enough clusters for multiple applications.

Carefully pick up a cluster from the middle, avoiding the glue, and press it under your natural lashes as close to the root as possible. Use tweezers to clamp the lash cluster and your natural lashes together. For a step-by-step guide, check out our how-to video on our website.

Yes! You can mix and match lash lengths to create the perfect lash map for your eye shape. While we don’t recommend cutting the clusters, if you choose to do so, use sharp, fine scissors to avoid damaging the glue.

Our lashes are designed to last around 3-4 days, though a number of customers have report being able to wear them for up to 5-7 days!

Our press-on lashes provide the natural look of salon lash extensions without the time or damage. Made from high-quality Korean PBT fiber, they’re easy to apply and remove, giving you both flexibility and a professional finish.

Typically, you'll use 3-5 clusters per eye, depending on whether you're doing a full or outer-corner application. Each box has 24 clusters, which provides about 5-6 wears. If you have two boxes with different lengths, you can expect 9-12 wears.

Our lashes are crafted from premium Korean PBT fiber, which mimics the look and feel of natural lashes while being lightweight and comfortable to wear.

For extended wear, ensure your eyelids are clean and free from oils before applying. Once applied, avoid touching or tugging the lashes, and re-clamp them if necessary. Try to avoid water exposure for the best results.
