*PLEASE NOTE: Orders will be dispatched in 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping times are once shipped.

Returns Policy

We strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your online purchase. If you encounter any issues with sizing or product quality, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please Note: Returns and exchanges are only valid for items that are unworn and unused. Items returned after the 14-day window will not be accepted.

We welcome returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

• Your original Order Number must be presented as proof of purchase.
• Items must be in their original packaging and condition, unworn and unused.
• Items bought on sale or promotion are non-refundable; instead, a store credit will be issued for returned sale items.
• Direct exchanges are available only for customers within Australia.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@hometownbeauty.co with the reason for your return. Await approval before sending back your package, as returns without prior approval will not be processed.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned items in their original condition.

Please note: Items purchased as part of a bundle cannot be returned individually, but can be exchanged for another product or store credit equivalent to the cost of the bundle divided by the number of items.

FOR RETURNS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

If you return an item for a direct refund, you will need to cover the shipping costs. However, if you opt for a store credit or an exchange, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.

FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We do not cover international return shipping fees. Direct exchanges are not available for international orders, but store credits can be provided if you wish to purchase a different item. We will only cover return shipping costs if the product is defective.
